Welcome to the Agrimec App, a digital platform designed to empower farmers, and agricultural stakeholders by providing easy access to farm management tools, agricultural services, and market opportunities. Through its integrated features, users can manage their farms, avail of mechanization and logistics services, trade agricultural products, and conduct cashless transactions in a secure and efficient environment.
Before you begin using our services, we kindly request that you read through these terms and conditions (“Terms” or “Agreement”). This Agreement outlines the rules and regulations that govern your access to and use of our products. It is crucial that you understand these Terms as they form a legally binding contract between you and AGRIMEC.
By registering for the Agrimec App, it aims to modernize the agricultural sector by connecting farmers with technology-driven solutions that promote productivity, transparency, and sustainability. The app simplifies day-to-day farm operations, supports digital payments, and enhances communication between farmers, cooperatives, and service providers.
- Within these Terms and Conditions, the terms “Agrimec”, "Agrimec App," "we," "us," and "our" pertain to Agrimec, encompassing its staff, directors, affiliated entities, successors, and assignees.
- The terms "you" and "your" are used to designate individuals who utilize the Service, including Account Holders, Senders, Recipients, and other relevant users of the Service.
- These Terms and Conditions take effect once you agree to them or start using the Agrimec Services. They remain valid until terminated by either party, with certain legal or stated provisions continuing to apply even after termination.

2. Definition of Terms
Agrimec App - A digital platform that provides access to agricultural service providers and merchants.
Account Holder / Agrimec User / Registered User – An individual who has created an account in the Agrimec App to access its features and services.
My QR - unique QR code assigned to each registered user. It is used for quick and secure login to the Agrimec App without entering a username or password manually.
Geotagging - The feature that allows users to record the exact location of their farm using GPS coordinates for mapping and service validation.
Crop Season - The Crop season feature allows users to record and monitor essential crop details and activities throughout the farming cycle. It tracks the estimated harvesting period, start date, and each phase of crop growth from vegetative to harvesting
Wallet - The Wallet feature allows users to manage and track their digital funds within the Agrimec App. It provides secure and convenient access to different types of balances used for various agricultural transactions and benefits.
Types of Wallet;
- Agri-Wallet – Used for purchasing agricultural inputs, products, or services within the app.
- Intervention Monitoring Card (IMC) – institutional support funds provided to farmers.
- Income Wallet – Records and stores earnings from sales or trade transactions made through the Agrimec platform.
Shop - The Shop feature serves as the Agrimec App’s digital marketplace, allowing users to access farming-related products and services conveniently in one platform.
Available Services:
- Pre-Order Items – Lists products available for advance purchase, allowing users to reserve or schedule delivery ahead of time.
- Hauling Services – Offers transport solutions for moving harvested crops, supplies, or materials.
- Land Preparation Services – Allows users to request assistance for plowing, harrowing, and other soil preparation activities.
- Drone Services – Enables booking of drone-based agricultural services such as spraying, monitoring, and crop assessment.
Trading Center – enables Cooperative to sell their agricultural products directly through the Agrimec App. It serves as a digital sales management tool where users can record, track, and manage product orders from buyers.
Settings - allows users to manage their account preferences, access important information, and view app-related policies and support options.
Sub-Features:
- Account Settings – Lets users update their personal details, login credentials, and security preferences.
- My Orders – Shows a list of all completed and ongoing transactions made through the app.
- My Addresses – Stores and manages delivery or service locations for easier transactions.
- Terms of Service – Contains the rules and conditions governing the use of the Agrimec App.
- Data Policy – Explains how user data is collected, stored, and protected in compliance with privacy regulations.
- About – Provides background information about Agrimec and its mission to support farmers through digital innovation.
- Help / FAQ – Offers guidance, tutorials, and answers to frequently asked questions about the app.
- Contact Us – Allows users to reach out to the Agrimec support team for inquiries or technical assistance.
3. General Terms of Service
To be eligible for registration, individuals must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. This age limit is consistent with industry standards and legal requirements aimed at safeguarding the well-being of users in the online environment. It reflects our commitment to providing a secure and responsible platform for our community.
We do not permit individuals under the age of eighteen (18) to register or use our services. This policy ensures that all users are legally capable of providing consent and engaging with our platform independently.
In the event that we discover a minor has provided us with their Personal Data, we have procedures in place to address this. Parents or legal guardians may contact us via http://www.agri-mec.com to request the removal of the minor’s information from our platform. This step helps us maintain the safety and integrity of our online community.
AGRIMEC CORP. reserves the right to withhold access to the Agrimec App platform without prior notice and to refuse services to any individual or entity for any reason. This includes the right to terminate any or all aspects of the Agrimec App Service at any time, at the sole discretion of the company.
Any notices to AGRIMEC CORP. must be sent to the official email address listed on the Agrimec App or website (www.agri-mec.com). Agrimec will send notices to you via your registered email, in-app notifications, or announcements posted on the website.
We have the authority to transfer our rights and duties under this Agreement to another organization. However, this will not affect your rights or AGRIMEC CORP. obligations under this agreement. We will provide you with advance notice whenever feasible.
This agreement is between you and AGRIMEC CORP. No third party has the authority to enforce any of its provisions. It's important to be aware that the Wallet functionality is offered by AGRIMEC CORP., and it is subject to AGRIMEC CORP's terms and conditions.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between the parties involved to this Agreement, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous negotiations and understandings between the parties, whether oral or written, expressed or implied.
We will do our best to resolve any disputes quickly and fairly. However, either party may pursue legal action in the Philippines, and this Agreement shall be governed by Philippine law. Any legal disputes or court filings arising from the use of the Agrimec App shall be exclusively filed and resolved in the appropriate courts of Makati City, Philippines.
4. Your Obligations
By accepting this Agreement, you grant AGRIMEC CORP. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and perpetual license to use, process, reproduce, modify, publish, and display any content or user messages you share through the Agrimec Services. This license allows us to operate, improve, and deliver the services effectively.
You agree to refraining from making any changes or modifications to the Services. Furthermore, you pledge not to engage in any commercial use of the Services unless you have obtained prior written authorization from AGRIMEC CORP..
You agree not to use any automated tools or manual methods (such as bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access, collect, copy, or monitor any part of the Agrimec Services, or to bypass its navigation or security features.
You commit to not bypass, deactivate, or in any way disrupt security features within the Agrimec Services. This includes features designed to prevent or limit the use or duplication of any content, materials, or information accessible through the Agrimec Services, as well as features that impose restrictions on how the Agrimec Services can be utilized.
You agree to use the Agrimec Services only for personal and lawful purposes as intended. You must not copy, download, distribute, or use any content from the platform whether for commercial or other purposes unless explicitly permitted by Agrimec or clearly indicated within the ap.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information and promptly update it when changes occur. You must also submit valid identification or other documents when requested. Using a false name or identity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under Philippine laws, including the Anti-Alias Law.
All sales, transactions, or purchase requests made through the Agrimec App platform are deemed final and binding. Reversal of transactions will only be permitted in cases of failure to deliver goods or services.
You accept the responsibility of checking for updates and agree to download these updates for the Agrimec App prior to using it. It's important for you to be aware that Agrimec may disable or make certain functions unavailable in the app if you do not complete the necessary updates.
5. AGRIMEC USER CONSENT
You are fully responsible for all content you create, upload, or share through the Agrimec Services. AGRIMEC CORP. is not liable for such content or its outcomes, and you agree to cover any losses or damages resulting from your proper or improper use of the Services.
You must not upload, share, or distribute any content protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights unless you have the necessary licenses or permissions and authorize AGRIMEC CORP. to use such content as part of the Agrimec Services.
You are in agreement not to utilize the Services for sharing, generating, uploading, transmitting, or exhibiting any material, information, or User Content that falls into the following categories;
- Violates intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- Contains false, abusive, obscene, or offensive material;
- Includes malware or harmful software;
- Promotes scams, such as pyramid or Ponzi schemes;
- Involves chain letters or unauthorized surveys, contests, or petitions.
6.PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
You acknowledge that AGRIMEC CORP. owns or controls all rights to the Agrimec Services, including its design, content, trademarks, and software. These materials are protected by intellectual property laws, and you agree not to copy, use, or disclose any confidential information without prior written consent from AGRIMEC CORP.
You agree that certain products, services, or app features may have additional terms and conditions, which form part of this Agreement. In case of conflict, those specific terms will prevail. AGRIMEC CORP.’s obligations are governed only by the agreements related to the provision of such products or services.
TRADEMARK INFORMATION. The ownership of all trademarks, trade names, service marks, and service names belongs to their respective holders.
7. User Representation and Warranties
by using the Agrimec Services, you accept these Terms and acknowledge that no partnership, employment, or other formal business relationship exists between you and AGRIMEC CORP. Furthermore, AGRIMEC CORP. shall not be held liable for any business losses, financial damages, or other consequences that may arise from buying or selling activities conducted through the Agrimec App platform.
You confirm that all information you provide to AGRIMEC CORP. is true and accurate. You agree to update any changes to your information within fifteen (15) days of their occurrence.
You confirm that you maintain only one Agrimec Account for using the Services. You must disclose any duplicate accounts, and AGRIMEC CORP. may suspend or close them if necessary. You are responsible for all transactions made through your account unless a duly authorized person acts on your behalf with valid proof of authorization.
By using the Agrimec Services, you understand that content from various sources may appear. AGRIMEC CORP. is not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or legality of such content, including user-generated or third-party materials.
You understand that AGRIMEC CORP. may partner with other entities or include third-party content that could be inaccurate, offensive, or harmful. You access such content at your own risk. AGRIMEC CORP. is not liable for any resulting issues, and you agree to indemnify and hold the company harmless for any claims arising from your use of the Services.
You understand that any content you upload or share through the Agrimec Services may become publicly accessible. You are solely responsible for any consequences of such disclosure and agree not to hold AGRIMEC CORP. liable for any unauthorized or unlawful use of your content or personal information by third parties..
Closure of accounts may only be requested after all obligations, liabilities, and outstanding balances have been fully settled. Terminating your use of the Agrimec Services does not exempt you from any existing responsibilities. All provisions related to actions taken prior to account closure will remain in effect even after the account is closed.
8. Reserve Rights
You agree that AGRIMEC CORP. may suspend or discontinue the Agrimec Services, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. You release AGRIMEC CORP. from any liability arising from such suspension or termination.
You agree that AGRIMEC CORP. may collect, review, filter, or remove any user data, including device or browser information, as necessary to operate the Services. You release AGRIMEC CORP. from any liability resulting from these actions.
You acknowledge that AGRIMEC CORP. may update, enhance, or add new features to the Services at any time without prior notice. All such updates will form part of the Agrimec Services and remain subject to these Terms and any future amendments.
You agree that AGRIMEC CORP. may set or adjust fees, charges, and applicable taxes for using the Services. Any changes will take effect after prior electronic notice of at least thirty (30) days.
AGRIMEC CORP. may withhold or offset funds if your account is suspected or confirmed to be compromised, fraudulent, or misused. You authorize AGRIMEC CORP. to apply any available balance in your wallet or related accounts to settle obligations or recover funds obtained through misuse or unauthorized activities.

Some services may not be available or suitable outside the Philippines. You are solely responsible for complying with local laws and assume all risks related to your access or use of the Services.
9. Third Party Content and Services
The Services may include third-party content. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, completeness, or legality of these services or their content, and inclusion does not imply our endorsement.
You are prohibited from eliminating, modifying, or concealing any copyright, trademark, service mark, or other proprietary rights notifications found within or accompanying the application and its services or within any Third-Party Services.
AGRIMEC CORP. does not provide any representations or warranties regarding any services, content, and/or other resources offered by Third Parties.
10. Cash In
Cash In pertains to an account holder's capability to add points to their Agrimec Account through authorized channels. Channels are the entities through which your Agrimec Account can be loaded.
The Agrimec App Checkout Page/Website lists available Channels with instructions for Cash In transactions. AGRIMEC CORP. may add or remove Channels at any time without prior notice.
AGRIMEC CORP. may enforce security measures for Cash In, such as transaction limits and attempt restrictions. The account holder remains responsible for transaction security and agrees to hold AGRIMEC CORP. harmless from theft or transfer errors.
11. Inactivity and Dormancy
An account is considered as inactive if it lacks any financial transactions initiated by the account holder for one year from the date of the last transaction, even after receiving reminders from AGRIMEC CORP.
The account remains unrenewed or unterminated for any cause, and the account holder does not make a claim on the funds in the account for an equivalent duration.
12. Exclusion from Liability
AGRIMEC CORP. does not provide any warranty, whether explicit or implied, concerning the performance or capabilities of the Service offered in this agreement.
AGRIMEC CORP. will not be responsible for any losses, expenses, claims, damages, or liabilities incurred by the Account Holder or a third party, whether arising directly or indirectly from any or all of the following:
AGRIMEC CORP. may decline service transactions or settlements even with sufficient balance to protect the Account Holder, AGRIMEC CORP., or other parties, and in accordance with applicable laws and policies.
Modifications or adjustment resulting from inaccurate, overlooked, or improperly directed credits to the Agrimec Account.
The Account Holder is incapable of initiating any transactions through phone services, online payments, or other transaction platforms due to the unavailability of the service, system, or network.
AGRIMEC CORP. is not liable for any delay, disruption, or stoppage of Service transactions due to technical issues, administrative errors, acts of nature, labor disputes, government actions, third-party interference, or other causes beyond its control.
13. Data Privacy Statement
The Account Holder agrees and binds himself to the Privacy Policy and Data Privacy Statement of AGRIMEC CORP. found in this site: https://www.agri-mec.com/privacy.
14. Separability Clause
If any provision within this Agreement is deemed null, unlawful, or unenforceable in any manner under any applicable law, it shall not impact the validity, legality, or enforceability of the other provisions in this Agreement.
15. Amendments
AGRIMEC CORP. may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms on www.agri-mec.ph serve as notice. Continued use of the Service signifies acceptance, and failure to terminate the account will be considered agreement to the changes.
16. AGREEMENT
The Account Holder agrees to follow the Terms and Conditions, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy. If they do not agree, they must destroy their Agrimec Card or uninstall the Agrimec App, if applicable.
17. NOTICES
Notices from AGRIMEC CORP. may be sent via In-App notifications, SMS, email, registered mail, or posted on the Agrimec website, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
18. Customer Service
AGRIMEC CORP. values customer inquiries and feedback. We aim to resolve issues within 10 days and will provide updates if more time is needed.

We handle your concerns, feedback, and information confidentially and will address them promptly, in accordance with Section 20 of the Data Privacy Statement.
19. Permanent Deletion of Account
Account deletion requests can be reversed within 30 days. After that, the account and data are permanently removed, with any points forfeited. Full deletion of user content may take up to 90 days, and backups may persist longer for recovery, legal, or security purposes.
20. Disclaimer
Use of the app and its services is at your own risk. All information, materials, and services are provided 'as is' without warranties, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a purpose, except as required by law.

22. Fraudulent or Suspicious Transactions
AGRIMEC CORP. may suspend or deactivate your Account or Card without notice if fraud or unauthorized use is suspected. During investigation, funds from suspicious activity may be deducted and returned to affected Users. The User holds AGRIMEC CORP. harmless unless fault or negligence is proven.
23. Consent
Consent provided by the User to a AGRIMEC CORP. subsidiary or affiliate for any Agrimec Services that entail the use, processing, and/or disclosure of the User's Agrimec Account information shall be considered as consent granted to AGRIMEC CORP.
